NotiBoard provides the easiest way to share your information and collaborate with other people. It is like Wiki or some Content Management Systems (CMS), but it is designed from scratch for simplicity in mind. It is an online application, and you can access it anywhere with a web browser.
Share:
Problem: You send out an email with a 10MB attachment, but it is bounced back because it exceeds the quota of other people's mailboxes.
Solution: Simply post your files on NotiBoard. It accepts any files with a maximum size of 30MB. You can make your NotiBoard public, so that anyone can access it by typing in the URL. Or you can make it private, so that only people with your permission can access it.
Organize:
Problem: You send out a lot of information and files using emails. People don't have a very good way to organize them and your data are lost over time.
Solution: NotiBoard provides a permanent place that neatly organizes your information and files. You can post them under different columns and you can annotate them with detailed descriptions.
Collaborate:
Problem: You need to collaborate with several people on a new project. You write down the basics of the project in a document and you send it out. There are lots of emails going back between the collaborators, and you need to keep updating the project document, which is frequently out of date.
Solution: Put all the project materials, such as the project objectives, milestones and related files, directly on the NotiBoard. Different collaborators can access, comment and update the materials directly. Because everything is stored on the web, when someone makes a change, other people see it immediately. Therefore, everyone has access to the latest information.

NotiBoard also tracks every changes that are made, and you always know who have changed what. If you like, you can always revert to previous versions of a project.
