Information Collection and Use by NotiBoard

When you register for NotiBoard, you provide us with certain "Personal Information", such as your name, your email address and any other personal or preference information. User Profile information including members' emails and screen names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the NotiBoard networking community. Email addresses are used for the purposes of login, and to send notifications related to the service. To facilitate searching and finding collaborators and acquaintances on the service, NotiBoard allows users to search for other members using emails. NotiBoard is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to disclose or for the misuse of such information by Members or third parties. Any misuse or improper collection of Member Information provided is a violation of the NotiBoard Terms of Service and should be reported to abuse@willflow.com

Each time you visit NotiBoard, we automatically collect your IP address and the web page from which you came. We also use cookies to keep track of your activities on the Web site and enhance your experience on the Web site. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you come back to NotiBoard. Third party advertisers on the Site may also place or read cookies on your browser. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on our site and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session.

We, or third parties acting on our behalf, may use web beacons on our site, in our e-mails, in our advertisements on other sites, or in our advertisements in others' e-mails. A web beacon is an electronic image that can be used to recognize a cookie on your computer when you view a web page or e-mail. Web beacons help us measure the effectiveness of our site and our advertising in various ways, for example, by counting the number of individuals who visit our site from a particular advertisement or make a purchase from our site after viewing a particular advertisement as well as by telling us when a web page is viewed and providing a description of the page where the web beacon is placed. How We Use The Information You Disclose

We use your Personal Information to help us efficiently operate the Web site and to contact you in connection with your transactions and other activities on the Web site. We also use Personal Information to send you notifications regarding new services offered by NotiBoard or promotions of services that NotiBoard is undertaking with third parties that we think you may find valuable.

By providing information to us, you acknowledge that we operate in the United States and agree to (i) permit us to transmit and use your information anywhere necessary, including across international boundaries, to effect the services and transactions provided by this Web site; and (ii) that such use by us shall be subject to the terms and conditions stated in this Privacy Statement and applicable Terms of Use.

We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the NotiBoard service, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. NotiBoard's Web site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of NotiBoard. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is subject to their privacy statements. NotiBoard's privacy policy does not apply to information you may submit to those sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site you visit.

Email to a Friend

If a Member elects to use our "Email" feature to invite a friend to become a Member of NotiBoard, we ask them for the friend's email address. NotiBoard will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to access the site. NotiBoard stores this email address for the purpose of automatically adding the respondent to the friends list of the Member sending the invitation, and also to send reminders of the invitation. NotiBoard does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders.

Other Web Site Features

From time to time, NotiBoard may implement new features and promotions. When we do so, we will disclose whether your participation in such features and promotions will result in your personal information being disclosed to others. We urge you to carefully review these disclosures.

Changing or Removing Information

Access and control over most personal information on NotiBoard is readily available through the profile editing tools. Information will be updated immediately. Members who wish to deactivate their NotiBoard account may do so by contacting info@willflow.com. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to other Members of NotiBoard.

Security

The NotiBoard account of every Member is password-protected and every Member document is permission-controlled. NotiBoard takes appropriate precautions to protect our Members' information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. Unfortunately, perfect security does not exist on the Internet, and therefore, NotiBoard makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. NotiBoard shall not be responsible for any damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach, technical malfunction or similar problem. Always be careful and responsible regarding your personal information.

Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information to us or other Members by email or instant messaging services. Changes in NotiBoard's Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes, we will post those changes on the Web site so Members and other users of the NotiBoard Web site are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately. If we are decide to change our policy about how we use Members' personally identifiable information, we will notify Members by posting a notice on our Web site 30 days prior to implementing such change.
